No. Windsor Hills Resort does not sell day passes, and never has. The resort's pool, water park, clubhouse and other amenities are for registered overnight guests staying in a Windsor Hills rental. There is no way to buy access for a day, an afternoon or a few hours.
Anyone Selling a Day Pass Is Not Legitimate
If you see a Windsor Hills "day pass", "pool pass" or "water park pass" for sale, treat it as illegitimate. That applies whether it's online, on social media, on a resale site or from someone offering to "add you to their reservation".
- Windsor Hills does not authorize any vendor, owner or guest to sell day access.
- Money paid for a day pass buys you nothing. You won't be admitted at the gate, and wristbands are only issued to registered guests and are checked by pool staff.
- Guest registration can't be shared or resold. Every guest must be registered for the rental they're staying in.
- If an offer sounds like a shortcut, it's a scam. Protect your money and your vacation by not paying for one.
Why Windsor Hills Is Guests-Only
Windsor Hills is a registered-guest-only gated community. The gatehouse is staffed 24 hours a day, and only people registered to a rental are let in. Keeping the amenities for overnight guests means:
- shorter lines at the water slides
- open loungers around the pool
- a quiet, secure resort for the families who are actually staying there
The Right Way to Enjoy Windsor Hills
To use the amenities, book an overnight stay in a Windsor Hills condo, townhouse or home. Your owner or manager registers you, you check in through the gatehouse, and you pick up your wristbands at the clubhouse. Then everything below is included in your stay.

Amenities for Registered Overnight Guests
- Heated lagoon pool: a large zero-entry resort pool with a hot tub and a separate toddler pool, usually open 8am to 10pm (hours subject to change). See pool hours.
- Sir Windsor's AquaVenture water park: two large dueling racer slides, more slides and a giant splash pad, usually open 10am to 8pm (subject to change). The water park is not heated.
- Clubhouse: usually open 8am to 10pm, with a 48-seat movie theater, a games room and arcade with billiards and ping-pong, a fitness center, and the Marketplace & Grille for snacks, drinks and poolside food.
- Sports courts: tennis, basketball, sand volleyball and a dedicated pickleball court.
- Putting green: a 9-hole green for a relaxed round.
- Playgrounds: three fully fenced playgrounds spread around the resort.
- Location: Disney property is about 10 minutes away, so a midday swim between park sessions is easy.
Wristbands for the pool and water park come from the clubhouse, are required, and are checked by pool staff.
