Windsor Hills Resort is the closest vacation rental resort destination for your dream vacation, featuring top-notch amenities and large, comfortable accommodations. We take pride in setting the bar high, and providing a memorable and unforgettable experience for all of our guests!
Your ultimate destination for a couple thousand gallons of fun! Sir Windsor’s AquaVenture Water Park boasts two large dueling slides, two smaller slides, and a giant splash pad — perfect for our little guests. Be sure to take the Water Bucket Challenge — if you dare! Operating hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm (subject to change), and is open 365 days per year! Wristbands required, may be obtained for free from clubhouse.
Take a dip in our zero-entry lagoon pool! This 140,000 gallon resort pool is heated year round, even in the cooler winter months. And if you’re in the mood to unwind, our large hot tub will hit the spot after a long day at the Parks! Pool operating hours are 8:00am-10:00pm (subject to change), 365 days per year. Wristbands required, may be obtained from clubhouse. *NOTE: Pool will be closed 9/5/2024 till 10/6/2024 for refurbishment. Waterpark will remain open during this time.
Windsor Hills Resort’s exclusive Clubhouse features a staffed Welcome Center to assist with information about the Resort, the local area and attractions. Additionally, it offers a state of the art fitness center, games room, movie theater, shower/changing facilities and ample outdoor lounge seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The Marketplace & Grill is also conveniently located at the center of the Clubhouse. Clubhouse hours are 8:00-10:00pm. Hours vary for Marketplace.
Our fitness center is the ideal place to fuel your workout and help you achieve your fitness goals! Just don’t forget to bring along a towel for your comfort. You can visit our fitness center between 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, so that you can easily fit your workout routine into your schedule.
Join forces with your friends for a friendly basketball game or refine your putting skills on our putting green! Never played pickleball before? Our dedicated pickleball court is the perfect place to try out this fast-paced and exciting sport. And if you forgot to pack your sports equipment, don’t fret! We have everything you need available at our Welcome Center.

The Marketplace & Grill carries all the essentials you may have forgotten to pack, as well as a variety of made-to-order food. Select wine, beer and frozen adult beverages are also available. Windsor Hills Resort has THREE amazing playgrounds! With a variety of exciting features, these playgrounds are perfect for children of all ages.
There’s a giant chess set that will challenge your child’s mind, as well as slides and tunnels that will keep them active and entertained. Fully fenced for safety, the playgrounds are located throughout the Resort, so there’s always one nearby!
Windsor Hills is an exclusive registered-guest-only gated community, with our Gatehouse manned 24 hours per day. Our Gatehouse Team runs a tight ship — and works hard to ensure that anyone passing through the gates of Windsor Hills is authorized to be here. Our Resort Staff is serious about your family’s safety and strives to ensure a secure rental experience from check-in to check-out.
