What the two resorts share
Both communities were built by Pulte Homes, so the homes share a similar look, layout and quality: en-suite bathrooms, open floor plans, comparable room sizes and similar kitchen and bathroom finishes. Both are gated with 24-hour manned entry, and both offer condos, townhomes and 4- to 6-bedroom villa homes.

Closer to Disney
Windsor Hills sits about 2 miles from Disney property; Windsor Palms is about 3 miles away. One mile doesn’t sound like much, but in busy traffic, and over a week of rope drops, naps and fireworks, the shorter drive adds up.
Newer homes
Windsor Hills’ homes were built between 2005 and 2008, while Windsor Palms’ homes were built between 2000 and 2003, making Windsor Hills the newer of the two communities.
A bigger pool and a real water park
Windsor Palms has a good clubhouse and community pool. Windsor Hills goes further, with a spacious zero-entry lagoon pool that’s ideal for toddlers and small children, plus Sir Windsor’s AquaVenture water park and splash pad right beside it, a favorite with kids and a full day of fun on rest days.

Windsor Palms is a solid community with a lot in common with its neighbor.
